short update...

We went to visit Dr. S Thursday. I am only 1.5 cm dilated and 50% effaced. This is a big improvement from last week...which was 0 and 0, but I still realize it is a ways to go! Dr. S is a rather conservative doctor but with some sweet talking from both Greg and me, he said he would induce next Friday or Saturday since he is on call. I am not that excited...it it still 2-3 days AFTER my due date, but nonetheless a finish line!!! (originally he wouldn't induce until at least 41 weeks) We are really praying that Luke wants out sooooooon....like any minute...so that an induction is not needed! I think I am already suffering from sleep deprivation...at least let there be a snugly baby to show for it...not a HUGE belly!!

37 weeks and NOTHING!

quick update...Dr. S says Luke is still up high. He assured me that anything can happen at anytime...so I am HOPING Luke scoots on down and wants out soon! He has been on a big growth spurt over the last few weeks. yikes! We are definitely ready to meet him!
